In addition to the Linked Files for our book reviews, we have made public videos of books that we have not submitted for challenges, just to make parents and citizens aware of the types of books made available to minors. This inappropriate book is by Carolyn Mackler and is found locally also. It is called "Best Friend Next Door."

Check out the "Katie the Catsitter" series, Book 2, which introduces alternate sexualities to your elementary and middle school children. This book is available in our local public school libraries.
Pay attention to links provided within books or at the end. Look at this "About the author" link, which leads elementary children to porn sites. Districts have kept this book, but "blacked out" the link to the website (Author said the linked website was hijacked.).
